The story
From finance leader to founder.
- 01
The background
9 years inside businesses, not just filing for them
Before founding Heights, the founder spent nearly a decade working with business owners and senior decision-makers across industries. Work included improving financial processes, leading company restructures, driving profit improvement programmes, supporting new product launches and building board-level reporting.
- 02
The gap
Most small businesses were getting compliance, not clarity
The founder observed that small business owners typically received year-end accounts and tax returns without meaningful financial insight, cashflow visibility, proactive tax planning, or guidance on understanding their numbers.
- 03
2024 · Heights Accountancy
Founded to close that gap
Heights Accountancy was founded in late 2024 to provide hands-on accounting services that go beyond compliance — helping business owners gain clarity, make better decisions and grow confidently.
